When producing your own artwork, its important that you setup your print files correctly. Print files that are not setup correctly will delay your order.

We do not check files. Therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for spelling

errors, trimming errors, incorrect folding lines or incorrect resolution etc.

File transfer: Please send your files through our artwork upload service. Don’t send any files larger than 2GB. Only send files that have been clearly designated to an order (Order/ customer reference nr.). Once we have received your file you will receive confirmation within 30 mins. Should there be a problem with the file(s), we will contact you.
